What We Print On

Not every bottle takes ink the same way. Glass, PET, HDPE, PCR content plastic, and metal each behave differently under a screen and the wrong pairing shows up as poor adhesion, cracked ink, or a finish that fails a rub test. After three decades of silk screen bottle printing,we know which process belongs on which substrate before your first run.

Silk Screen Printing on Plastic Bottles & Jars

Plastic bottle screen printing takes surface prep as seriously as ink. We pretreat polyethylene and polypropylene for adhesion, and we run PCR content plastics as readily as virgin resin so your sustainability commitment doesn't cost you print quality. Jar printing on straight-wall and tapered geometry, in glass and plastic. Cosmetic jars, candle vessels, food containers, and supplement packaging.

Silk Screen Printing on Glass Bottles

Silk screen printing on glass bottles delivers the depth and opacity that labels can't match. We heat cure our organic inks for a durable, wash-resistant finish that stays on the bottle through fill lines, distribution, and the customer's shelf.Spirits, fragrance, cosmetics, and specialty food and beverage.

Tubes, Caps, and Industrial Closures

Screen printing on containers doesn’t stop at the bottle or jar. We decorate tubes, caps, and industrial closures so your branding carries across the entire package instead of stopping at the label.

Three Decorating Processes, One Supplier

Most jobs are not a single method. A bottle silk screen on the body, a hot stamped accent on the shoulder, a pad print on the cap that’s three vendors and three shipping legs at most decorators. Here it’s one purchase order and one quality standard.

Silk Screen

Our core process. Vibrant, opaque, durable color on flat and cylindrical surfaces. Single color through multi-color builds, with tight registration between stations.

pad printing

Pad Print

For contoured shapes and complex geometry a screen can’t reach. Pad printing bottles with compound curves, recessed panels, textured surfaces, and small closures.

hot stamp

Hot Stamp

Metallic foils that raise perceived value on sight. Gold, silver, holographic, and custom foils on plastic bottles, jars, tubes, and caps, the finish that makes a mass-market package read as prestige.
